The humans bought some flat pack shelves, so Stanley and I decided to help with the construction. Stanley sorted and looked after the bits, while I tried to make sense of the instructions:
Then I had to make sure we had all the right tools for the job:
This automatic doohickey made things a lot easier:
We were halfway done in no time!
I thought I knew what I was doing:
But it turned out that bit didn’t go there, so we had to take it off and put it back in the right place:
It wasn’t too complicated overall, though, and looked great once we’d finished:
And even better with some ornaments in place:
After all that hard work, a trip to Cheltenham to visit friends was a welcome break and involved lots of snuggling:
The humans joined in too:
It was all very convivial:
There were games and fondue and a pub lunch – what a great weekend!
