Here we have the grave of Oliver Goldsmith, an author from the 18th Century. Dr Johnson spoke very highly of him, saying that he was accomplished in many different styles of writing and that he “adorned” every style he tried.
Unfortunately, it was after this point that we discovered the Inns of Court had closed for the day and we couldn’t get out where we were supposed to continue the Treasure Hunt, so we decided to call it a day and decamp to the pub.
