While my human’s partner went up the tower for the spectacular views, my human and I remained at ground level, admiring one of the prettiest buildings in the world – the Basilica San Marco.
Now I see why Venice is one of my human’s favourite places to visit.
All in all, Italy was certainly gorgeous, as well as being historically interesting – just don’t sit around in the woods unless you don’t mind scratching insect bites for weeks afterwards!
